Day 01: Srinagar – Kargil :
Picup from airport / Hotel drive to Kargil passing Sonmarg & Zoji La and Drass – . Arrive at Kargil in the Evening, check into hotel, Overnight at Hotel
Day 02 : Kargil to Alchi – Leh :
After an early breakfast , we will start our drive to Leh seeing the transformation as we traverse from one world to another, regionally as well as “religionally”, from primarily Muslim Kargil district to Buddhist Leh district . Drive to the 11th Century Lamayuru Monastery enroute visiting the mesmerizing Moon Landscapes (you will understand now the reason behind this region being referred to as “Moonland” – exactly similar formations of land are visible as on the moon), Lamayuru is spectacularly located along the valley plain and surrounded by mountains on all sides. After visiting Lamayuru we proceed to our hotel, Later check in leh Hotel and Overnight at Hotel Leh.
Day 03 .Leh /Nubra Valley via Khardongla. 125km.
After an early breakfast ,drive to beautiful NubraValley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World,18,380 ft) with the zig zag trail continues and drive till Hundar village. On arrival check in Nubra camp. Afternoon enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Overnight at Nature Camp or similar…
Day 04.Hunder /Diskit/ Pangong via Shayok
Today , we get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Drive to Pangong lake via Shayok valley . Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck . Spent your afternoon enjoy the beauty of Pangong lake and later Check in the camp .Overnight Hotel.
Day 05. Pangong Lake/Leh
Today after early breakfast, start your journey towards Leh via changla . Visit thiksey Monastery ans Shey Palace .Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06 Leh/GurduwaraPathar Sahib/ Magnetic Hill, Sangam.
Just after a sumptuous breakfast drive to visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib , magical Magnetic Hill, the Sangam (confluence ) of Zanskar and Indus river. Overnight Hotel .
