Destination : Manali – Rohtang Pass – Jispa – Bara lacha Pass – Sarchu – Pang – Tso kar lake – Tso moriri – Leh – Nubra valley – Kargil – Srinagar.
TOUR PLAN
On first day, board the train from Delhi to Kalka and ahead to Manali. On the railway station, you will be escorted to the hotel in Manali. In the evening, you will log in to the hotel, take rest and have dinner in the hotel room.
On second day, after the breakfast, you will drive for a local sightseeing. On this day, you will visit Naggar castle, Roerich Art Gallery, Jagatsukh temple, hadimba devi temple, Vashisht hot spring and the Mall road. In the night drive back to the hotel for rest and dinner.
After breakfast, on third day, drive to the Sarchu valley via Rohtang pass. Rohtang pass is the place where you will see the snow for the 12 months. On the way in between, you will see Lahaul valley, Tandi, Keylong, Jispa, Darcha and Bara lacha pass. In the evening drive back to the hotel for rest and dinner.
On fourth day, after the breakfast, move ahead to Tso kar lake and on the way, explore Nakeela and Lachangla pass. In the evening, you will log in to the camps in Tso kar lake only. You will take rest and dinner in the camps.
On fifth day, after the breakfast, you will move ahead to Tso moriri lake via Sumdo Tibetan village. For the whole day, you will explore the beauty of the Tsomoriri lake and will log in to the camps or hotel in the region.
After breakfast, on sixth day, drive to the Mahe bridge and ahead towards the Leh. Log in to the hotel take rest for the whole day. In the evening, you are free to local market sightseeing. Arrive in the hotel in the night, take rest and have dinner.
On seventh day, after the breakfast, drive to the Nubra valley via Khardungla Pass. Khardungla pass is the highest motorable pass where most of the motor race finishes. In the afternoon, explore the Deskit monastery and Hundar village. If you want, you can also go for camel safari in between the Deskit and Hunder valley. In the night, you will log in to the camps or hotels in the region.
On eighth day, after breakfast on Deskit monastery, you will drive back to Leh through the same route via Khardungla pass. You will stay in the hotel for rest and dinner.
After breakfast, on ninth day, you will explore magnetic hill, gurudwar pathar sahib, basgo palace, likir monastery, Nimmu and Alchi monastery. In the evening, for the whole time, you will explore the Alchi village. In the night, you will log in to the hotel or in the camp in the nearby area.
On tenth day, after the breakfast, you will drive ahead to Lamayuru monastery, giant maitreya Buddha statue in Mulberk and Kargil. In the evening, you will log into the Kargil hotel, take rest and have dinner there.
After breakfast, on eleventh day, you will drive ahead to the Drass and then in Srinagar. You will reach Srinagar in the evening, after that you will check in the houseboat for rest and dinner.
After breakfast, on twelfth day, you will explore the whole Srinagar for the full day. This day, you will also go for Sikara ride on the Dal lake. In the evening, you will again drive back to the houseboat for the dinner and rest.
On thirteenth day, after the breakfast, you will go for local market for the shopping. In the afternoon you will depart to the Srinagar airport to fly back to your own destinations.
